Back in 1981, when I first introduced Buffalo wings to the state of Alabama, people thought I was crazy (Mrs. B says there may be some truth to these rumors). Now, nearly 45 years later, we’re honored to still be serving up that same commitment to legendary fun, legendary food and sincere hospitality for our guests. So, THANK YOU!! It is because of you, our loyal guests, that we have the reason to celebrate all these years!
One thing I learned playing for Paul “Bear” Bryant and Don Shula, two of the most legendary coaches in football, was that there are no shortcuts to success. That’s why at Baumhower’s we’ve spared no expense when it comes to bringing in the highest quality ingredients and then treating them the way they ought to be treated. From our char-grilled chicken, 100% USDA Choice custom-grind gourmet burgers and delicious produce brought to you always fresh from the farm, never the freezer; legendary traditional Buffalo wings, fresh hand-cut and hand-breaded Hot Lips (boneless Buffalo wings), or our scratch-made sauces and sides - if it’s got the Baumhower name on it, you know it’s the best it can be!
