Willie was born in Montgomery but considers Birmingham, Alabama, home. He has been with Baumhower’s Wings Restaurant for four years. He got into the hospitality industry by coming in to Baumhower’s with his kids to eat. They found the food so good they would eat at Baumhower’s two or three times a week. Because the service and management teams were so nice, it made Willie want to be a part of Aloha Hospitality.

He started working at Baumhower’s in 2005 as a Wing Cook, and worked his way into the position of Assistant Director of Culinary. He enjoys the day to day challenges of helping people as they try to move up in the business, and shaping the store into what he would like for it to be!
