Ronnie Miles
Director of Hospitality
Baumhower’s Wings of Tuscaloosa

Ronnie got started in the restaurant industry in the early 1980’s working for Ruby Tuesday. He had been working for Ruby’s for twelve years when Nick DiMario talked him into coming to work for Baumhower’s Wings Restaurants.

He started at the Tuscaloosa store as a grill cook and six months later was promoted to Assistant Director of Culinary. He then moved to the Baumhower’s Wings Restaurant in Huntsville as Director of Culinary. While there, moved to a Front of the House management position as Director of Service. He also worked as Director of Culinary at the Wildwood and Inverness locations before moving back to the Tuscaloosa store.
