Eric has been with Aloha Hospitality for eight years. He started with Aloha Hospitality at Calypso Joe’s in Orange Beach, Alabama and later moved to Mango’s there. This is where Eric received his training. Eric worked as a bus boy, dish washer and then as a cook. Eric was promoted to kitchen manager at Calypso Joe’s. He moved to Birmingham to work as a Front of the House manager at the Baumhower’s in Wildwood. He then transitioned to kitchen manager and then moved to our Lee Branch location as Front of the House manager he stayed at Lee Branch for a year before moving to the Patton Creek location in 2006 as kitchen manager. Eric is married to Christina Cook and they have two children, Jaylen and Hannah.
