Don Parker

Don started out in the hospitality business like a lot of people do…because he needed a job. He was young and trying to save up for his first car. But he soon learned that he enjoyed making people happy. He tells everyone that he considers himself lucky, because he found what he loves doing at an early age.

As he became more exposed to the different levels of the business, he was impressed by the passion that food brings out in people. He tried to get close to the people who were making a difference and learn as much as he could. He tries everyday to share his experiences and to continue to learn different ways to share those experiences.

That effort and passion brought Don to the Baumhower’s team in 2005 and it is what makes him successful as a General Manager and a leader.
