Brad Allen

Baumhower’s Wings of Huntsville
Brad started in the hospitality industry as a bus boy at Logan’s Roadhouse in Tuscaloosa, Alabama eight years ago. His mother was the General Manager there, so restaurant management is in his blood. He also worked for several years at Ruby Tuesday as a server and Team Leader before joining the Baumhower’s Team in 2008.
Brad is a native of Choctaw County, Alabama. He loves the Crimson Tide and the New York Giants. He and his wife of four years, Heather, have two beautiful daughters and a German Shephard named Dede.
His favorite dish at Baumhower’s is the Black & White Chicken Platter.
