Dale is a native of Smyrna, Tennessee and a diehard Tennessee Volunteer fan. He has been in the service industry for almost 25 years where he has always worked in full service restaurants. He started his career in 1985 as a dishwasher with Shoney’s and was promoted to management in 1988 and hasn’t looked back since.

Before joining the Baumhower’s Team in 2007, Dale also worked as General Manager for Ruby Tuesday, Applebee’s and a local restaurant, Ed’s Seafood Shed. He loves the work that he does because he gets to meet so many new and interesting people everyday.

He has been married to his wife Cindy for 18 years and they have a 16 year old daughter and a 10 year old son. His hobbies include golfing and wood working.
